How do I sell my Duplo for cash?
Weigh your Duplo (a rough estimate is fine to start), enter it on our homepage for an instant offer, add a photo if you can, enter your email, and submit. We'll review and send your confirmed offer by email, usually within a few hours.
Is there a minimum amount of Duplo you'll buy?
Yes — a 1kg minimum. That's roughly a couple of handfuls of bricks. Anything under that isn't worth the postage for either of us.
What Duplo do you buy?
Any genuine LEGO Duplo — bricks, figures, animals, baseplates, wheels, all of it. It doesn't need to be sorted by set, and it doesn't need boxes or instructions. Loose and mixed is completely fine.
What can't I include?
We can only pay for genuine LEGO Duplo. Clone brands (Mega Bloks, ELC and similar), regular-size LEGO, and other toys mixed in aren't covered by our offer and can't be returned, so please check your bag before sending. Does the condition of the pieces matter?
Not really — normal wear from play is completely expected and doesn't affect the price. We just ask that pieces are clean and not damaged or chewed beyond use.
How should I package my Duplo for sending?
Bag it up in a sturdy box or strong bag — no need to sort or clean it beyond a quick check for non-Duplo items. See our full packing guide for more.
I don't have scales — how do I weigh it?
Kitchen or bathroom scales both work fine. No scales at all? Give us your best estimate to get a rough offer, and we'll confirm the exact weight (and final price) once it arrives.
How do I send my Duplo to you?
Once you accept your offer, we email you a free prepaid postage label. Box it up securely, attach the label, and drop it at any Post Office or parcel drop-off point. You don't pay anything for postage.
How quickly do I get paid?
Payment is sent within 2 days of us receiving and weighing your Duplo. We pay directly to your bank account.
What happens if I change my mind after submitting?
No problem — you're never obligated to accept our offer. If you decline, we'll return your Duplo free of charge.
Why sell to you instead of eBay or Facebook Marketplace?
Selling loose Duplo yourself usually means sorting it, photographing it, listing it, and waiting for a buyer who might not show up. We take it as-is, by weight, with no listing and no waiting — the convenience is the trade for not chasing top price piece by piece.
